Who is counselling for?
Counselling offers a safe, non-judgemental space to explore what doesn’t feel right in your life and explore the changes you may want to make. I have experience of working alongside children, young people and adults experiencing challenging times in their lives, as well as people who want their lives and aspects of their lives to look and feel different. Having the opportunity to be heard and safely share your experience, thoughts and feelings often leads to opportunities for change. This exploration is at your pace with gentle opportunities to identify what is and isn’t beneficial for you as your explore process of change and healing.

This exploration happens at your pace, with gentle opportunities to explore what supports your healing and growth. Being truly heard is a process that often creates lightness and movement in itself. I will also work with you to identify strategies that support the growth and change that feels the most comfortable for you during the sessions.
A safe space to explore and heal
I have worked alongside children, young people and adults for over 20 years. Through this time it has become abundantly transparent that people need to feel safe in their environment to consider what change might be possible. I work hard to ensure that I create a safe, non judgemental, open, trauma informed, respectful and kind environment. There is no rush or pressure to share what doesn’t feel comfortable.
